At Wired & Warped, each tech accessory is custom-printed to order specifically for you. Because we do not hold physical inventory and every item is uniquely manufactured upon purchase, we operate under a strict made-to-order policy.

By placing an order on wiredandwarped.com, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations & modifications

Because we manually review and approve our orders before sending them to physical production, you may cancel or modify your order (such as updating an address or correcting a phone model) at any time before the order has been processed and sent to production.

Once our studio has approved your order and production begins, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. To check your order status or request an immediate cancellation, please email us right away at support@wiredandwarped.com with your order number.

Regular returns & exchanges (buyer's remorse)

Because each case is custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, dislike the design style, or decide you no longer want the item.

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you select the incorrect device model or case type at checkout. Please carefully verify your exact phone model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro vs. iPhone 15 Pro Max) before finalizing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your accessory arrives damaged in transit, features a printing defect, or is structurally faulty, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

How to claim a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@wiredandwarped.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach 1 to 2 clear photographic images showing the damage or printing defect.

Note on Return Shipping: To save you time and postage expenses, you do not need to ship the damaged case back to us. Once our team verifies the photo evidence, we will immediately fast-track a brand new replacement to your doorstep or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time

If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
