Thank you for shopping at Wired & Warped! Each of our premium tech accessories is custom-printed and uniquely manufactured on demand just for you. Because we create items to order rather than shipping pre-made inventory, our delivery timeline consists of two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below:

Production and processing times

Before your order leaves the facility, it must be physically manufactured and undergo a rigorous quality-assurance check.

  • Standard production time typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

  • During peak holiday seasons or high-volume periods, production may take up to 7 business days.

Please note: "Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official UK bank holidays.

Estimated shipping times

Once your item has been custom-printed and securely packaged, it is handed over to our delivery partners. Estimated shipping times depend entirely on your destination:

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days

  • United States & Europe: 3 to 7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days

Total Expected Timeline: For a standard order within the UK, please expect a total of 4 to 9 business days from the exact moment you place your order to delivery at your doorstep.

Order tracking

We believe in full transparency. As soon as your order has been printed and drops into the postal system, an automated tracking email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain a direct link and a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking link to update with live scanning data from the courier.

Address corrections and incorrect details

Because our automated system moves your order into fulfillment quickly, you have a strictly limited window to modify your shipping details. If you notice a typo or mistake in your delivery address, you must contact us immediately at support@wiredandwarped.com.

  • We can update the address at any point before the item moves into physical production.

  • If an item has already entered production or has shipped, we cannot change the delivery path or issue a refund.

  • Wired & Warped is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your local delivery drop-spot, or contact the carrier directly.

If your package is verified as lost in transit by the courier, or if your accessory arrives damaged from rough handling, please contact us within 14 days at support@wiredandwarped.com with your order number. We will gladly handle the situation completely and fast-track a free replacement to you.
